How to set up Alerts for an Item in Britecheck Inventory

Never run out of any positions in stock - set up Alerts. Britecheck platform allows it's users to create Alerts on individual Items. Now the system could automatically notify you and members of your team that the quantity of the selected position is less than set minimum amount. Setting up Alerts for any Item can be easily done in few following steps:

1. Login to your Britecheck account; and then choose a warehouse (detailed information about warehouse management can be obtained from How to manage multiple Locations in Britecheck Inventory article) - you will need to go to the Inventory tab, locating to the left side of the screen.
2. Select an Item, for which you would like to set up an Alert and click on the Pen icon to edit the Item;
3. Enable Alert function for the selected Item by clicking on Alert button
4. Select the condition and lower limit for the selected Item

Alert conditions:

GREATER_THAN - It states that the actual item's quantity is greater than the set value;

GREATER_THAN_OR_EQUAL - It states that the actual item's quantity is greater than or equal to the set value;

LESS_THAN - It states that the actual item's quantity is lower than the set value;

LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL - It states that the actual item's quantity is lower than or equal to the set value;

5. And finally mark whether all members of your team or only household owners should receive the Alert, once the set condition is met.

6. Click on Confirm button and then Save button to save made changes.

This is how simple you can set up Alerts for any Item in your Britecheck Inventory!
