With Britecheck, you can effortlessly generate individual Location Labels for items using single-label or thermal printers. Here are the steps to create these labels within the Britecheck Inventory system and configure your printer:

Login to your Britecheck account;

Choose your preferred method to create the Warehouse Map:
- Dashboard menu: Go to the Dashboard section, then click the Edit Warehouse Layout button.
- Warehouses menu: Click Warehouses and then click on the Edit Warehouse button (see below).
- In the Warehouse Map section, you have various download options:
- Download and print all Barcode Labels at once: Click the DOWNLOAD BARCODE TO PRINT button,
and select the label size, and click Save as PDF (for detailed information on available Barcode Label sizes, refer here).
- Download and print a single Barcode Label for specific Location: Click the Barcode logo for the desired Location
and select the label size, and click Save as PDF (for detailed information on available Barcode Label sizes, refer here). - Print out the labels (to configure your printer see this article)
This straightforward process allows you to download Barcode Label Locations for subsequent printing using the Britecheck Inventory platform.
FAQ
- You can print single-labels exclusively with the "medium" QR/Barcode label size;
- Printing is limited to black and white;
- The actual label size is 2 ¼” x 4” for QR labels and 2" x 3/4" for Barcode labels;
- Compatible printers include DYMO 550, Zebra ZD420d, Brother QL-1100, and ROLLO Label Printer.
